    Réno-Budget is an online application. You must therefore register in order to keep your data and benefit from the tools made available to you.
    Creating your profile also allows you to customize the report header (e.g.: company name and contact details, your logo, etc.)

  • What is the difference between project, estimate and quote?

    The project is a client’s service request for specific work.
    It contains all the estimates and quotes related to this service request.
    The project name is a short title including coordinate of the future construction site and/or a unique characteristic (e.g. Ground floor 2387 Boivin Street).

    An estimate is a approximation of the expenses required to complete a construction project. It allows you to determine, before work begins, the overall budget required to complete the project.
    Cost evaluation is essential to avoid budget overruns, optimize resources and ensure the success of the project.

    A quote is a written document that details the services, products or services offered by a professional, as well as their estimated cost. It is often used in commercial contexts, particularly in the construction, works or services sectors. Once signed, it can constitute a contractual commitment between the client and the service provider.
  • What is Synchronizing product price and description

    The term synchronize in our case means, go to a supplier's site, find the item you are looking for, copy the product url, paste the url in the designated box and press the synchronization button.
    This will collect the price, description and product number; you will only have to enter the desired quantity and save.
    A new line containing the information collected will be added to the construction element.

    We only synchronize Home Depot products to simplify things.
    Large surface stores offer a wide range of products, which allows us to collect prices and descriptions of the vast majority of products you will need at competitive prices.
    so you will not have any catalog to manage, you will only have current prices, at least for the time of your evaluation
  • Which payment gateway do you use for package purchase?

    We use PayPal, an online platform that allows you to make payments securely without having to share your banking information directly with a seller or recipient.
    PayPal offers safeguards against fraud or unauthorized transactions, protecting buyers and sellers in certain cases.
  • How do I cancel my Reno-budget account?

    There is no need to cancel your account, since unused accounts are deleted two years after the end date of the last subscription.
    As for the free trials, the account is deleted 30 days following the date of
    subscription to the free trial.
    You can make an explicit request to cancel your account if you wish.
  • Will you refund my package fee if I cancel my subscription?

    Yes, there is a refund on the annual plan.
    The adjustment to the billing will be as follows:
    The months started will be billed at the price of the monthly plan, so there will be no more funds to refund after the seventh month started.

    There is no refund on the monthly plan.
